Sending A Push Campaign

Push notification messages can be sent to the members who have added their digital rewards card to their Apple or Google wallets, alerting them of new updates, promotions, or important information. They can be a powerful tool for engaging users and keeping them informed about relevant deals or rewards. You can follow the steps below to send a Push campaign.

Step 1: Tap on Campaign on the left side and then select Create Campaign.

Step 2: Select the Push channel, add a title for your Push campaign, and click Create.

Step 3: Select the recipients and click on "Save And Continue To Content"

Step 4: Add a short content for push campaign. Click on "Save And Confirm To Review" once done.

Note: Push notification messages are better visible if you limit them to 140 characters.

Step 5: Once you have reviewed all the content, you can schedule your push campaign or send it right away.

If you have decided to schedule the push notification, select the time and date that you would like to send it and click on Schedule.

Step 6: That's it! You will be able to view all push campaigns that have been sent out and those that are scheduled to be sent in the future.

Step 7: View your push campaign analytics by clicking on the push campaign.

Please note: It may take a few minutes to update the delivery status.
