Sending an SMS campaign involves creating and delivering targeted text messages to a list of recipients to achieve specific marketing objectives. You can follow the steps below to create an SMS/MMS campaign.
Note: Your account must be enabled to send SMS and your Toll-Free Number must be verified before you can send out SMS from your account.
Step 1: Select Campaign on the left menu and then tap on Create Campaign.
Step 2: Select the SMS channel, add a title for internal reference, and click Create.
Step 3: You can select recipients for your SMS campaign, and choose to exclude specific members if desired, providing flexibility and control over your messaging strategy. Once done, click on "Save And Continue To Content".
Step 4: Add your content and click on "Save And Continue To Review"
Note: 1 SMS segment = 1 SMS credit
1 SMS segment = 160 characters (Including brand prefix and Opt-out instructions)
Adding emojis/smileys/special Unicode characters will reduce the SMS segment to 70 characters.
1 MMS = 3 SMS credits
You can send text and picture content on the same MMS.

Step 5: Review all the information and send out a test SMS to yourself before sending the campaign to all the recipients.
Step 6: Once you have reviewed all the content, you can schedule your SMS/MMS campaign or send it right away.
Note: You need to have enough credits to send an SMS/MMS campaign. You can buy more credits by clicking on the "Buy Credits" button on this page.
If you would like to schedule the email campaign for a certain date and time, click on Schedule and you will be able to select the date and time.
Step 6: That's it! You will be able to view all SMS/MMS campaigns that have been sent out and those that are scheduled to be sent in the future.
Step 7: View your SMS/MMS campaign analytics by clicking on the SMS campaign.
