RewardUp offers a fully customizable rewards member site for your rewards program. The rewards program site helps your customers to sign up for your rewards program and view details about your rewards program. Customizing your rewards program site can be done in a few simple steps.

Step 1: You can access the Member Site section from the Settings menu.

You can customize the page theme color to match your brand and toggle between dark and light modes from the Styles section.

Step 2: Customize your rewards member site's cover section by uploading your brand icon or skip this step. Add a caption and title to match your brand and rewards program.

Upload a cover image or skip this step. By default, the cover section will be filled with your theme color.

Step 3: Customize the welcome section content including the Sign Up action text and Sign In text or keep the default content.

Step 4: Enable the sections you want to display on your rewards program page. Customize the content on each section or keep the default content.

The Ways to Earn section displays all the actions your members can earn points. For example: $1 = 1 point or Subscribe to Email and earn 10 points.

The Ways to Redeem section displays all the reward levels in your reward program. For example: Redeem 100 points for $5 Off or Redeem 200 points for a Free Sandwich.

The Digital Card section displays your digital reward card and allows your reward program members to add the card to the Apple wallet or Google wallet. You can disable this section if you don't want to promote your digital reward card.

The VIP Tiers section will display information and all the tier levels in your VIP tier program. You disable this section if you didn't create VIP tier levels.

The Referral section will display your referral program information. Your members will be able to access their unique referral link from this section. You can disable this section if you didn't create a referral program.

The FAQ section will display all your frequently asked questions and answers. You can use this section to help your reward program members to learn more about your program rules. This section is optional.

Once you are done with the sections, hit the Save button.

Step 5: Now that you have customized the rewards program member site content, you can copy the member site URL (link) on the top of the page and promote it on your social media pages or add the link to your website. Additionally, you can create a QR code for the member site and add it to a sticker or tent card to place it on the counter or the table.

We recommend that you review your member site before promoting it or starting your rewards program.

Thats it!
