Adjusting Points For A Member

Adjusting points for a member is simply a straightforward process. You can adjust points from the web dashboard or the RewardUp Clover app.

Note: By default, only Admin users can adjust points for a member from the Rewardup Clover app. You can allow Employees or Managers to adjust points from the RewardUp Clover app by updating the RewardUp Clover app settings.

Adjusting points from the web dashboard

Step 1: Search for the member using name or phone number and then click on the member's name to view their profile.

Step 2: You can choose to add or remove points from the member profile.

Step 4: To add points to this member, click "Add Points" and then enter the points you wish to add along with the reason for adding points manually.

To remove points from this member, click "Remove Points" and then enter the points you wish to remove along with the reason for removing points manually.
