RewardUp offers a fully automated referral program. Simply set up the friend reward and member reward to activate your referral program.
Step 1: Set up the friend reward. Create something to motivate new customers. A friend reward can be a dollar off or a percentage off on their first visit.
Note: New referred members will be issued this reward in addition to any new member discount setup in your reward levels.
Step 2: Set up the member reward. Create something to motivate existing members. Member referral reward can be points, a dollar off, or a percentage off.
Step 3: To ensure the referral program is active, select the edit button next to the Referral Program Settings and toggle the enable button.
Step 4: Setup default social sharing content. The social sharing content will be used when a member shares their referral link to their friends.
