RewardUp offers a fully customizable VIP tier program to motivate your members to earn exclusive benefits and rewards when they hit a milestone. Follow the steps below to set up a VIP tier program.
Step 1: On the left menu select VIP and then start by configuring the VIP program settings.
Set your program start date, VIP tier type, and VIP tier validity.
VIP tier type can be based on "Points Earned" or "Amount Spent".
You can set the VIP tier validity for a lifetime or reset every calendar year.
Step 2: Configure the base tier level. By default, all members will be assigned to the base level so you cannot modify the milestone points. However, you can update the Tier Name, Tier Description, and Tier Icon to match your brand.
Base tier members will earn points based on the default points program created under the "Points Rules" section.
You can also add a new member reward and perks from here.
Step 3: Configure other tier levels. We recommend adding three to 5 tier levels to create gamification.
You can change the base point rule for each tier. For example: Instead of offering 1 point for every dollar spent, you can offer 2 points for every dollar spent.

Step 4: Check all your tier-level configurations before you activate your VIP program.
