You can assign a manual voucher to a specific member directly from the member profile either from the web dashboard or from the Clover app.
Note: Vouchers are only available in the Premium plan.
Follow the steps below to create a manual voucher.
Step 1: Select Vouchers from the left side menu and then tap on Create Voucher.
Step 2: Select Manual Voucher
Step 3: Create a voucher by adding the voucher name, voucher description and discount. You can create a dollar off or percentage off to the entire order or to a specific item.
You can apply additional restrictions to a voucher such as eligible dates, days and time period. You can set the voucher redemption limit to 1 per lifetime or modify the redemption limit to fit your business needs.
You can manage voucher notifications by clicking on the "Bell" icon as shown below.
Enable notifications if you like to send out real time notifications to the member once a voucher is assigned to them.
Manual vouchers also offer a unique sign up link. Anyone signing up using a voucher link to your rewards program will be automatically added to the voucher.
