Redeeming gift cards directly from the dashboard is ideal when utilizing gift cards as a stand-alone solution. Follow these steps to complete the redemption process:
Step 1: Navigate to the left side of the dashboard and select 'Gift Card
Step 2: Once on the Gift Card section, proceed by selecting 'Redeem Gift Card' to initiate the redemption process directly from the dashboard.
Step 3: Enter the gift card number, then press 'Search Gift Card' to proceed with the redemption process directly from the dashboard.
The gift card number can be found on the recipients email if its a digital card or on the back of the customers plastic/print out card.
Step 4: Enter the amount you would like to redeem.
Step 5: Click on Redeem Gift Card
Step 6: To verify that the gift card transaction was successful, navigate to the 'Gift Card Transactions' section located on the left side of your screen.
