How to add perks to a subscription plan?

You can add perks to a subscription plan and connect with the Clover inventory so that the discounts can automatically apply to the order whenever an active member checks-in.

Here are the steps to setup perks from the RewardUp dashboard.

Step 1: Go to the Subscription detail page and click on the Plan Perks tab beside the Members tab.

Step 2: Click on the Add button to create a Perk. Give a name to your Perk. This will be used as a discount code if you are linking a POS item.

Step 3: If you like to apply discounts to an order or to a specific category or to an item from your Clover inventory then enable Link POS Item option.

Select the discount amount or discount percentage and choose the discount target as shown below.

You can set the Target Discount Type to “All the Items” if you want the discount to be applied to all the items on the order. You can select “Single Item” if you want the discount to be applied to one item.

You can also exclude certain items from the discount and set a redemption limit.

For example: If you offer 1 free drink per day then set the Redemption Limit to 1 per Day.

Enable the Perk and Save changes!
